Code Division - Neurodivergent Women and Data Programme

Neurodiversity is a strength. Neurodivergent individuals bring unique perspectives and can significantly enhance the workforce. However, 43% of tech sector employees don’t disclose their neurodivergence, and 9% don’t request necessary workplace adjustments.

Being neurodivergent can also make navigating the workplace challenging at times.
